Olive Kalista Wins First Prize in Asset Homes “Fairy Lights Foyer Decor Contest 2024-2025”

Olive Kalista, Edachira, Kochi, secured the first prize in Fairy Lights, a foyer decoration competition organized by leading builder Asset Homes in celebration of the Christmas-New Year season. The competition, which invited apartment and villa associations from across the state to decorate their common porches, saw enthusiastic participation.

Hilite Metromax, Thondayad, Calicut, and Asset Kasavu, Kalamassery, Kochi, claimed the second and third prizes, respectively. The winners were awarded cash prizes of ₹1 lakh, ₹50,000, and ₹25,000 at a ceremony in Kochi, where renowned actress Asha Sarath presented the awards.

Additionally, Asset Precious, Skyline Avenue Suites, Skyline Zenith, Skyline Riverscape, Nanma Fenix Apartments and a few others received consolation prizes. A total of ₹2.25 lakhs in prize money was distributed among the winners.
