Designation: QA/QC Engineer

Qualifications: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: 3 - 4 Years (Preferably in high-rise building construction projects)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
· Implement and monitor the company’s Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures across all project sites.
· Conduct systematic inspections for all major construction activities such as reinforcement, formwork, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
· Conduct internal quality audits, prepare audit observation reports.
· Verify that construction works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and relevant quality standards..
· Maintain and update all quality documentation, including inspection reports, material test results, material approvals, calibration certificates, and QA/QC registers.
· Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and the project management team to ensure adherence to quality requirements and timely rectification of any non-conformities.
· Identify, record, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs); ensure corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented and verified.
· Assist in the preparation and review of Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and quality checklists for all major construction activities.
· Liaise with consultants and clients for material inspections, work approvals, and submission of quality-related documentation.
· Promote a culture of quality awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement in both site execution and documentation practices.
