Keys to a New Chapter: The 90th Celebration at Asset Sovereign

On the splendid evening of April 16th, 2025, Asset Homes proudly hosted the Festival of Keys at the Udaya Palace Convention Center, Thiruvananthapuram – marking the grand completion and handover of its 90th project, Asset Sovereign. The celebration was a heartfelt tribute to new beginnings, built with commitment, care, and community spirit.

Guests were welcomed to a soulful musical ambience that set the perfect tone for the evening. The event officially began with an inspiring welcome address by Mr. Sunil Kumar V, Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes, reflecting on the journey and the promise of quality that brought Asset Sovereign to life.

A significant moment followed as the ceremonial lamp was lit by an esteemed panel including Mr. Prithviraj Sukumaran (Brand Ambassador, Asset Homes), Mr. Antony Raju (MLA, Thiruvananthapuram North Constituency), Mr. Hari Kumar C (Ward Councilor, Thampanoor), Joint Venture Partners Mr. Rayfe Joseph and Mr. B.S. Bhasi, Mr. Sunil Kumar V (Founder & Managing Director, Asset Homes), and Mr. Tony John (CEO, Asset Homes), symbolizing the light of prosperity for every home and family present. The gathering was captivated by Mr. Prithviraj Sukumaran’s inaugural address, where he applauded the legacy of Asset Homes and shared his heartfelt wishes with the new homeowners.

The much-anticipated key handover ceremony followed. Families and individuals – each with a unique journey – stepped onto the stage to receive their keys, handed over personally by Mr. Prithviraj Sukumaran and Mr. Antony Raju. From Joint Venture partners to new families, every handover marked an emotional beginning and a dream realized.

The celebration also featured the unveiling of Asset Homes’ newest project – Asset Pragathi, Peroorkada. The project’s logo was unveiled by Mr. Prithviraj Sukumaran (Brand Ambassador, Asset Homes), joined by Mr. Antony Raju (MLA, Thiruvananthapuram North Constituency), Mr. Reghuchandran Nair (CREDAI National Executive Member), Joint Venture Partners Mr. Manoj Kumar and Mr. Abraham N.C., and Mr. Sunil Kumar V (Founder & Managing Director, Asset Homes). This was followed by the official brochure release, handed over to architect of Asset Pragathi, Mr. Raju Devaraj, along with a walkthrough video preview of the project.

Dignitaries Mr. Antony Raju (MLA, Thiruvananthapuram North Constituency), and Mr. C. Harikumar (Ward Councilor, Thampanoor) also delivered heartfelt felicitations, applauding Asset Homes’ contributions to the city and its people.

As the night came to a close with a warm vote of thanks, guests enjoyed a delicious dinner while music filled the air, wrapping up the evening on a celebratory note.
