Asset Homes proudly celebrated the Stone Laying Ceremony of its 124th Project, Asset Styluz in Thana, Kannur. marking the official commencement of an iconic ultra-premium residential project in Kannur in the presence of esteemed dignitaries, distinguished guests, and well-wishers.

The formal proceedings began with the opening remarks by Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder & Managing Director, Asset Homes, who shared the vision and aspirations behind Asset Styluz.

The ceremonial Stone Laying was led by Ms. Asha Sharath (Brand Ambassador, Asset Homes), Mr. V. Sunil Kumar (Founder & Managing Director, Asset Homes), Dr. M.P. Hassan Kunhi (Director, Asset Homes), Ms. Shamshad Beegum (JV Partner, Asset Styluz), and Ms. Shameema Teacher (Ward Councillor, Kannur Corporation & Chairperson, Welfare Standing Committee).

A key highlight of the event was the unveiling of the Asset Styluz Brochure by Ms. Asha Sharath, who presented it to Ms. Nafeesu P.M. (JV Partner, Asset Styluz) and Ms. Shamshad Beegum, in the esteemed presence of Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Dr. M.P. Hassan Kunhi, and Mr. Muhammed Shareef P.M. (JV Partner, Asset Styluz).

The celebrations continued with an inspiring address by Ms. Asha Sharath, followed by a felicitation by Dr. M.P. Hassan Kunhi, Director, Asset Homes.

The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks delivered by Mr. Prasanth Alinkeel, Senior GM – Zonal Head (North), Asset Homes, after which guests came together for refreshments and networking.
