Foundation Stone Laid for Asset Hillsedge in Methottuthazham, Calicut

The foundation stone for Asset Hillsedge, a premium residential project under Asset Homes’ Exotica series, was laid at Methottuthazham in Calicut, signifying the start of a distinctive address in the city’s evolving skyline. The event opened with a welcome address from Mr. Tony John, CEO of Asset Homes, followed by a keynote from Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes, who spoke about the thoughtful planning and design excellence that define Asset Hillsedge.

The stone laying was performed by Mr. Iflu Rahman, Chairman & Managing Director of Crietor Group, Mr. Muhammed Ali, Managing Partner, and Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes, symbolising the collaborative effort shaping the project. A gesture of respect was extended to the skilled workforce with the traditional offering of a dhoti and dakshina to the lead mason by Mr. V. Sunil Kumar.

The project brochure was unveiled with Division Councillor, Smt. Sujatha Koodathingal handing over the first copy to Mr. Indrajit S Kembhavi, Kembhavi Architecture Foundation, Bangalore. The event was followed by a felicitation address by Smt. Sujatha Koodathingal, Division Councillor, joined by Mr. Iflu Rahman, Chairman & Managing Director of Crietor Group.
A special highlight of the day was the launch of the Hillsedge walkthrough video, presented by Mr. Ansar, giving invitees an early look at the development’s design and lifestyle features.

The proceedings concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Prasanth, GM – Zonal Head (Kannur & Calicut, Asset Homes), followed by an evening of interaction and refreshments.
