Festival of Keys: A Grand Celebration of New Beginnings

The air was filled with excitement and joy as Asset Homes hosted the Festival of Keys on 30th March 2025 at Grand Square, Chittilappilly Square, Kakkanad, Kochi marking the grand completion of four landmark projects – Asset Luminance (79th completed project), Asset Radiance (85th completed project), Asset Jubilance (86th completed project), and Asset Alpine Maple (87th completed project). The evening began with a warm welcome and a mesmerizing musical performance, setting a festive mood. Mr. Sunil Kumar V, Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes, delivered an inspiring address, reflecting on the journey and the steadfast commitment to excellence. The ceremonial lighting of the lamp was led by esteemed guests, including actress and dignitary Ms. Asha Sharath (Brand Ambassador, Asset Homes), Ms. Radhamani Pillai (Chairperson, Thrikkakara Municipality), Adv. Liya Thankachan (Ward Councilor, Ward No. 41), Ms. Rasiya Nishad (Ward Councilor, Ward No. 5), Mr. Binod Mohanan & Ms. Smitha Binod (JV Partners – Radiance, Jubilance, Luminance), Mr. N. Mohanan (Director – Asset Homes), Mr. Sunil Kumar V (Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes) symbolizing the illumination of countless new homes and futures.

The highlight of the evening was the much-awaited key handover ceremony, where proud homeowners of Asset Luminance, Asset Radiance, and Asset Alpine Maple were handed the keys to their dream homes. The joy and gratitude in the eyes of the new residents made this moment truly unforgettable.

Adding to the celebratory spirit was the announcement of the winners of the Fairy Lights Foyer Decor Contest 2024-2025. Ms. Asha Sharath (Brand Ambassador, Asset Homes), Mr. Ravi Jacob (CREDAI State Head), and Mr. Sunil Kumar V (Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes) were present to honor and present the prizes to the winners. The first prize was awarded to Olive Kalista, Edachira, Kochi, while, Hilite Metromax, Thondayad, Calicut, and Asset Kasavu, Kalamassery, Kochi, secured second and third prizes, respectively. Several other apartments/villa communities were recognized for their exceptional creativity and festive ambiance.

Distinguished municipal representatives, including Ms. Radhamani Pillai (Chairperson, Thrikkakara Municipality), Adv. Liya Thankachan (Ward Councilor, Ward No. 41), Ms. Rasiya Nishad (Ward Councilor, Ward No. 5) took the stage to share their appreciation for the projects and their impact on the community.
