Asset TKM Malhar Begins Its Journey – 118th Milestone Project Launched in Kollam

The foundation stone for Asset TKM Malhar, the 118th project by Asset Homes, was laid at Randamkutty, Kollam. A joint venture with the respected TKM Trust, the project brings together shared values of trust, tradition, and progress.

The ceremony was attended by customers, well-wishers, and members of the Asset family, who came together to celebrate the launch of this new development. The event began with a welcome address by Mr. Tony John, CEO of Asset Homes, followed by a keynote from Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes, who spoke about the thought and care behind the project and its place in Asset’s larger vision for Kollam.

The stone laying was jointly conducted by Dr. Shahal Hassan Musaliar, Chairman, TKM Trust, Ms. Saliha Beevi, JV Partner, Asset TKM Malhar and Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes, officially marking the start of construction.

As a heartfelt gesture of gratitude, dakshina and dhoti were offered to the lead mason – honouring the hands that help turn each blueprint into a home. The event also saw the official release of the project brochure, with Ward Councillor Mr. Sabu handing over the first copy to Mr. Shameer, JV Partner, Asset TKM Malhar. Mr. Sabu also shared a few words appreciating the development and its positive impact on the neighbourhood.
