Asset steps into Palakkad with Granary Stone Laying Ceremony

The foundation stone for Asset Granary, Asset Homes’ first project in Palakkad, was laid at Manapullikavu, marking the arrival of branded apartment living in the city. The premium Exotica project represents a milestone moment for both Asset Homes and Palakkad.

The event began with a welcome address by Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes, followed by the ceremonial stone laying led by Mr. M. B. Rajesh, Hon’ble Minister. He was joined by JV partner Mr. T.K. Ismail, Ms. Prameela Sasidharan, Municipal Chairperson, Ms. Dhanya M, Councillor, and Mr. V. Sunil Kumar himself, signifying a collective commitment to the project’s success.

The ceremony also included the walkthrough video release by Ms. Prameela Sasidharan, Municipal Chairperson. Felicitations were offered by the Hon’ble Minister, Municipal Chairperson, and Councillor, acknowledging the project’s role in shaping Palakkad’s residential landscape. A symbolic gesture of gratitude was extended with the offering of a dhoti and dakshina to the mason by Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Tony John, CEO of Asset Homes, celebrating Asset Granary as the beginning of a new era of modern apartment living in Palakkad.
