Asset Palette Stone Laying Ceremony Marks a New Chapter in Kochi’s Urban Living

The foundation stone for Asset Palette, an Exotica series project by Asset Homes, was laid on October 8, 2025, at Thammanam, Kochi, marking the beginning of a vibrant new addition to the city’s residential landscape.

The event began with traditional rituals and prayers, followed by a warm welcome address by Mr. Tony John, CEO of Asset Homes. In his keynote, Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes, spoke about the concept and design vision behind Asset Palette, highlighting its role in redefining urban living in Kochi.

The brochure was released by Mr. George Nanatt (Councillor, Kochi Corporation – Division No. 44), and presented to Mr. Nelson P. B. and Mrs. Siyoona, proud owners of the Asset Palette apartment.. The ceremony also featured the release of the location video by Mr. Jibu Paul, and the project walkthrough video by Mr. Vysakh Joseph, architect, offering guests a first look at the thoughtfully designed residences.

The foundation stones were laid by Ms. Asha Jibu (JV Partner, Asset Palette), Mr. Geogy Kurikode (Councillor, Kochi Corporation – Division No. 43), and Mr. V. Sunil Kumar (Founder & Managing Director, Asset Homes), and a symbolic gesture of appreciation followed, with a dhoti and dakshina offered to the mason by Mr. V. Sunil Kumar in honour of the skilled hands behind every Asset homes.

The event was followed by the formal handing over of project approval letters by our trusted banking partners – ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Bank of Baroda, and Bajaj Housing Finance Limited, reaffirming institutional trust in the project.

The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, followed by breakfast and engaging conversations among the guests. The event marked a memorable beginning for Asset Palette, set to bring together elegant design, thoughtful amenities, and the trusted quality of Asset Homes in the heart of Kochi.
