Asset Homes Set to Hand Over 17 Projects Within 10 Months; Retains CRISIL DA2+ Rating and Wins Four National CIDC Awards
Kochi: Asset Homes, the leading realty company in Kerala, will complete 17 residential projects within 10 months, the company management announced amidst it retaining the coveted CRISIL DA2+ rating for the fourth year in a row in addition to winning four national awards at the CIDC 2024 awards. Announcing this here in Kochi, Sunil Kumar V, told the media that the company will also launch 26 new projects in this FY to construct 3000 residential units in a total area of 37.5 lakh sq ft. Ms. Binaifer Jehani, Business Head, CRISIL and Abbas Master, Associate Director, CRISIL handed over the CRISIL DA2+ certification to Sunil Kumar. The company has also won four awards at the CIDC 2024 awards in the Rs100-Rs1000 cr category including the best professionally managed organization, Chairman Special Commendation award, best residential project award for Asset Senate, Kannur and Best Construction Site award for health, safety and environment for Asset Majestic, Thrissur. The awards were given away by Praveen Tiwari, Dy. Director and S. N Murthy Vaddadi, Director Finance, CIDC at the function.
Sunil Kumar said the company management is pleased to have retained CRISIL’s DA2+ rating and having won four CIDC awards. Ms. Binaifer Jehani congratulated Asset Homes for retaining the rating which has been the highest ever won by a Kerala builder. Shesaid CRISIL’s DA2+ rating indicates the developer’s ability to execute real estate projects as per the specified quality level within the stipulated time schedule and to transfer a clean title with 100% legal ownership. The agency has also considered the strong experience of the promoter, the company’s strong marketing and development strategies, standardized work flow processes and systems, and good second-line management team and advisory board.
The 17 projects slated to be completed and handed over within the next ten months are as follows: In June 2024, Asset Luminance, Kochi; Asset Fortuna, Thrissur and Asset Celeste Kottayam. In July 2024, Asset Ensign, Calicut and Asset PlatinaThrissur. In Sep 2024 Asset Moon Grace, Kochi. In Nov 2024, Asset Gateway, Pathanamthitta and Asset PKS Heritance, Calicut. In Dec 2024 Asset East Brook, Aluva; Asset Radiance, Kochi and Asset Sovereign, Trivandrum. In Feb 2025, Asset Alpine Maple, Kochi and Asset Jubilance Kochi. In March 2025, Asset Belford, Kottayam; Asset Chamber, Kannur; Asset Alps, Kottayam and Asset Eminence, Kochi.
S. N Murthy Vaddadi, Director Finance, CIDC, said CIDC will organize a one-day workshop titled Project Brand Connect to introduce the latest trends in construction industry and the best practices on August 9, 2024 in Kochi.
The function was also attended by N Mohanan and C V Rappai, Directors; Tony John, CEO and Mahesh L, CTO, Asset Homes.
With the newly announced completion schedule of 17 projects, the total number of projects to be handed over by Asset Homes will climb up to 93. Within the last 17 years, the company has completed and handed over 76 projects. The company has 36 projects under various stages of construction in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Kozhikode and Kannur.
