Asset Homes Hosts Key Handover Ceremony for Moon Grace and East Brook in Kochi

Asset Homes celebrated a significant milestone as part of its ongoing Festival of Keys initiative, handing over keys to the proud owners of Asset Moon Grace and Asset East Brook. The ceremony, held at The Renai Kochi, Palarivattom, marked the completion of the developer’s 80th and 81st projects.

The event began with a welcome address by Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder and Managing Director of Asset Homes, who emphasized the company’s vision of delivering trust and excellence. The ceremonial lamp was lit by distinguished guests, including T. J. Vinod, MLA (Ernakulam), Anwar Sadath, MLA (Aluva), and celebrated actors Prithviraj Sukumaran and Asha Sarath, alongside JV partners and Asset Homes representatives.

The key handover was the highlight of the evening, with homeowners receiving their keys from brand ambassadors Prithviraj Sukumaran and Asha Sarath. Each handover symbolized the realization of a dream and the culmination of trust between the developer and its customers.
