Asset Homes Inaugurates Asset Granary Experience Center in Palakkad

Asset Homes has inaugurated the Experience Center of Asset Granary at Manapullikavu, Palakkad. The centre was inaugurated by Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder and Managing Director of Asset Homes, along with Joint Venture Partners Mr. T. K. Ismail and Mr. Jaffer Sanal.

The Experience Center showcases a complete model of a luxury apartment from the Asset Granary project, offering visitors an immersive preview of the design, quality, and lifestyle envisioned for the development. The centre is open to the public on all working days from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Asset Granary is a premium 2 and 3 BHK Exotica apartment project, positioned as one of Palakkad’s first developments in this category. A distinctive feature of the project is a temperature-controlled microgreens cultivation room in the common area, designed to provide residents access to nutrient-rich greens used in salads and cooking.
