The Asset Luminaire at Kadavanthra has won the Indian Concrete Institute (ICI) Award for Best Residential Apartment Project in the Kerala Central Zone this year. This is the second year in a row that Asset Homes is winning this award for Engineering-Architectural Excellence in Construction. ICI office bearers Dr Elson John (Secretary ICI Kochi Chapter), Er. M.A. Joseph (Chairman ICI Kochi Chapter), and Dr Lathikarthi (HOD Civil- Toc H Institute of Technology) presented the award to Mr V. Sunil Kumar, Managing Director, Asset Homes. Architects of this project Shri Amshunath and Contractor Shri Praveen Mathew were also honoured at the function. This award is instituted by ICI in collaboration with Ultratech Cement for Excellence in the Manufacturing Sector.
