PMI Green Infrastructure Project Awards 2025 to Adani Ports and Asset Homes

Adani Vizhinjam Port Private Limited and Asset Homes won the PMI Kerala Excellence Awards 2025, recognizing their outstanding contributions to environment-friendly construction.

The awards were presented at the 15th Annual Conference of the Project Management Institute Kerala Chapter held at Le-Meridian. Adani Vizhinjam Port Private Limited (AVPPL) bagged the Green Infrastructure Project of the Year Award. Asset Fortuna in Viyur, Thrissur, built by Asset Homes, came second. On behalf of Asset Homes, Mr. Roshan Lal, Senior General Manager – QEST, received the award from KSIDC Chairman, Mr. C. Balagopal.

KSIDC Chairman, Mr. C. Balagopal inaugurated the conference, where strategies for sustainable growth were discussed. He said that every initiative and project should be completed on the three basic pillars of quality, cost, and punctuality. A weakness in even one can adversely affect the project. He added that anticipating adversity, planning, and cultural responsibility in business will enable survival and success.
