The Indian National Congress has stirred significant interest with its commitment to “implement five guarantee schemes," a strategic counter to the BJP’s “Guarantee of Modi" narrative. While these political guarantees often remain as mere assurances to the electorate rather than concrete promises, the stakes in our real estate industry are different.
