Celebrating the Spirit of Togetherness: Winners Announced for “Fairy Lights Foyer Decor Contest 2024-2025”

At Asset Homes, we believe in creating vibrant communities where people come together to celebrate the joys of life, and what better way to usher in the holiday season than by adding a little sparkle and cheer to our homes! In the spirit of Christmas and the New Year, we recently hosted an exciting “Fairy Lights Foyer Decor Contest 2024-2025" for apartments and villa communities across Kerala.

The competition aimed to bring together residents and showcase their creativity, with stunning results that brought festive warmth and holiday spirit to the homes.

The response was overwhelming, with apartments and villa associations from all over the state coming forward to participate in this wonderful initiative. The concept was simple – decorate the apartment/villa foyer with a stunning Christmas & New Year theme, in a way that best reflects the spirit of the season – and the results were truly magical.

We are delighted to announce that the winners of the “Fairy Lights Foyer Decor Contest 2024-2025” were as follows:

First Prize: Olive Kalista, Edachira, Kochi

Olive Kalista, Edachira, Kochi, secured the first prize in “Fairy Lights Foyer Decor contest 2024-2025” organized by Asset Homes in celebration of the Christmas-New Year season. A cash prize of ₹1 lakh was awarded to the winner for their stunning display that wowed the judges with its creativity, vibrancy, and festive charm.

Second Prize: Hilite Metromax, Thondayad, Calicut

Hilite Metromax, Thondayad, Calicut, also delivered an impressive display of Christmas magic, featuring enchanting decorations and eye-catching lighting that truly stood out. They were awarded a ₹50,000 cash prize for their second prize win.

Third Prize: Asset Kasavu, Kalamassery, Kochi

The third prize winner, Asset Kasavu, Kalamassery, Kochi, showcased a beautifully decorated foyer that captured the essence of the Christmas-New Year season. They were awarded a cash prize of ₹25,000.

In addition to the top three winners, we are excited to acknowledge the creativity and effort of several other apartments/villa communities, which were awarded participation prizes for their beautiful foyer decorations. These include Asset Precious, Nellikkunnu, Thrissur, Skyline Avenue Suites, Mundupalam, Thrissur, Skyline Zenith, Nellikkunnu, Thrissur, Skyline Riverscape, Thottumugham, Kochi, Nanma Fenix Apartments, Marampally, Kochi, Kent Oak Ville, Vazhakkala, Kochi, TKM Asset Grandios Sanford, Kadapakkada, Kollam, Asset Picasso Palette, Devalokam, Kottayam, Confident Exotica, Kottooli, Calicut and Noel Matteethra Heights, Baker Hill, Kottayam. It’s truly heartwarming to see how every participating community embraced the spirit of togetherness and contributed to the festive flair.

A total of ₹2.25 lakh in prize money was distributed among the winners. The celebration culminated with an inspiring ceremony in Kochi, graced by Ms. Asha Sharath (Brand Ambassador, Asset Homes), Mr. Ravi Jacob (CREDAI State Head), and Mr. Sunil Kumar V (Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes).
