Celebrating Community Spirit: Winners Announced for Fairy Lights Foyer Decor Contest 2025–26

Asset Homes proudly announced the winners of the Fairy Lights Foyer Decor Contest 2025–2026, a vibrant initiative that brought together residents across communities to celebrate creativity, togetherness, and festive spirit. The contest witnessed enthusiastic participation from various residential communities across different developer projects in Kerala, transforming their apartment or villa foyer into a stunning Christmas and New Year themed displays, beautifully lit to reflect warmth, unity, and artistic expression. 

 

The winners of the “Fairy Lights Foyer Decor Contest 2025–2026” were announced as follows:

 

 

Sobha City, Thrissur, secured the first prize in the “Fairy Lights Foyer Decor Contest 2025–2026.” The community impressed the judges with its outstanding decor, creative execution, and strong spirit of participation, bringing alive the festive charm of the Christmas & New Year season. A cash prize of ₹1,00,000 was awarded to the winner for their stunning display, which impressed the judges with its creativity, vibrancy, and festive charm.

 

 

Skyline Avenue Suites, Thrissur, delivered an impressive and visually captivating display, featuring elegant decorations and vibrant lighting that stood out for its festive appeal. They were awarded a ₹50,000 cash prize for their second prize win.

 

 

Hilite Metromax, Calicut, secured the third prize for its beautifully curated display that reflected creativity and seasonal spirit. They were awarded a cash prize of ₹25,000.

 

In addition to the top three winners, several other apartment and villa communities were recognised with Consolation Prizes for their commendable efforts and creative displays.

 

These include TKM Asset Grandios Sanford, Kollam; Asset Alpine Oaks, Kochi; Asset Precious, Thrissur; Skyline Citypark, Kochi; Builtech Pavilion, Palakkad; Windbrook Place, Trivandrum; Kent Oak Ville, Kochi; Nanma Fenix Apartments, Kochi; Lotus Palakkattil Habitat, Kochi; and Travancore Meridian, Trivandrum.

 

A total prize pool of ₹2.25 lakh was presented to the winners by Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes, during a special segment of an event held in Kottayam. The prize distribution ceremony was held in the presence of representatives from the winning communities, celebrating their collective efforts in creating vibrant and festive living spaces.
