Role Summary:
Engage with leads via calls, convert them into site visits, and coordinate with the sales team to drive conversions.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls to share project details and schedule site visits.
• Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for appointments.
• Follow up post-site visits for feedback and engagement.
• Manage lead interactions using CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed daily/monthly call and site visit targets.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with time management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (preferred).
• 1-2 years of telecalling/pre-sales experience or strong communication skills for freshers.
