Asset Homes Retains CRISIL DA2+ Rating for the 5th Consecutive Year

Asset Homes also launched South India’s First and India’s Second NABL Recognized Quality Test Site Laboratory at Thrissur and announced its entry into Palakkad by launching its new project.

Asset Homes, a premier real estate developer in Kerala, has retained the prestigious CRISIL DA2+ rating for the fifth year in a row, the highest rating ever awarded to a builder in Kerala. At a function held in Thrissur, Ms. Binaifer Jehani, Business Head, CRISIL and Abbas Master, Associate Director, CRISIL, presented Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder & Managing Director, Asset Homes, with the CRISIL DA2+ certification.

Ms Jehani commended Asset Homes for consistently demonstrating a ‘Very Good’ ability to execute high-quality real estate projects within scheduled timelines and ensuring a clean title transfer. The rating underscores the company’s robust execution track record, distinguished brand image, experienced senior management, and strong marketing and development strategies supported by a solid financial profile and standardized workflow processes.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. V. Sunil Kumar also announced that the company’s Asset Quality Test lab at Thrissur branch has received the Certificate of Recognition from NABL, making it the first site lab in South India and the second in India to earn this distinction. NABL is one of the constituent boards of Quality Council of India (QCI), an autonomous body under Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. Mr. Raghuchandran Nair, CREDAI National Executive Member and Secretary General Kerala inaugurated the lab on the occasion.

Mr. V. Sunil Kumar also announced the Asset Homes’ entry into Palakkad by announcing its new project, the company’s first project in the district. The premium residential apartment project coming up at the most sought after location of Palakkad, at Manappullikkavu, will have all the luxury and eco-friendly features including microgreen cultivation lab among others.

Asset Homes has also won a World Safety Organization (WSO) India Award very recently. The company is the only builder from the state to have won this award for Asset Magnum Kannur as the Most Outstanding Performance – Platinum 5-Star Award in the WSO INDIA (State) Level OHS&E Awards 2025 under the Construction OHS&E Excellence category for the Residential Buildings sector. Mr. V. Sunil Kumar said Asset Homes’ consistently CRISIL-rated and NABL/WSO awarded quality, timely deliveries (90 projects and 8000+ customers) and wide range of choices for customers including 30 ongoing projects in 10 districts with prices ranging from Rs 75 lakh to Rs. 9 crores stand testimony to its unparalleled growth despite negative market conditions prevailing in general.

Asset Homes, within its 18 years of remarkable growth, has completed and handed over 90 number of projects. 30 projects are under various stages of construction in 10 districts of the state including the new project in Palakkad. Of its projects, Asset Homes has RERA registrations for 59 projects, the highest in the state.
