Asset Homes Pavithram Experience Centre Inaugurated at Poonkunnam, Thrissur

The Experience Centre of Asset Pavithram, – a project managed by Asset Homes & promoted by Asset Sabari Properties, was inaugurated at Poonkunnam, Thrissur on 13th June 2025. The ceremony was led by Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes, and Mr. Shashikumar Nair, Director of Asset Sabari Properties and Mr. Sreenivasan T, Director, Asset Sabari Properties.

The event also witnessed the presence of senior representatives from Asset Homes – Mr. Gokul Pillai, Chief Business Officer, Mr. Tony John, CEO & Mr. Santhosh T, Chief Manager – Branch Operations. The Experience Centre showcases a fully furnished model apartment, offering visitors a first-hand view of the design and quality of the upcoming project. It is open to the public from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on all working days.

Asset Pavithram, located in the heart of Poonkunnam, comprises 93 premium apartments and is expected to be completed by 2029.
