Asset Homes Hands Over Its 91st Project – Asset Chamber, a Premium Exotica Project in Kannur

Asset Homes marked a significant milestone with the handover of its 91st project, Asset Chamber, a Premium Exotica Project offering 2, 3 BHK & 4 BHK (Combined apartments) at Melechovva, Kannur. The event celebrated the completion and delivery of homes built with a focus on quality, comfort, and thoughtful design.

The ceremony began with a welcome address by Mr. Tony John, CEO of Asset Homes, followed by a presidential address by Dr. Hassan Kunhi, Director of Asset Homes. Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes, reflected on the journey of Asset Chamber and the shared trust between Asset Homes, its partners, and homeowners. The event was graced by Shri K. Sudhakaran, Honorable MP from Kannur Constituency, who delivered the key note felicitation address.

The lamp-lighting ceremony was graced by distinguished guests who marked the auspicious beginning of the event. Shri K. Sudhakaran led the lamp-lighting ceremony, joined by Mr. Prithviraj Sukumaran, a renowned actor and the brand ambassador of Asset Homes. They were accompanied by Mr. Prakashan Payyanadan, Ward Councillor of Kannur Corporation (Division 27, Melechovva), Ms. Deepa Prabhakaran, JV Partner of Asset Chamber, and Mr. Vijay Latheesh, JV Partner of the upcoming project of Asset Homes. Adding to the moment were Mr. V. Sunil Kumar and Dr. Hassan Kunhi who together joined in lighting the ceremonial lamp, symbolising the beginning of yet another proud milestone for Asset Homes.

The event was graced by Mr. Prithviraj Sukumaran, who delivered the inaugural address. Their presence added significance to the occasion, which brought together homeowners, partners, and well-wishers.

A defining moment of the ceremony was the key handover to the 82 proud homeowners of Asset Chamber, symbolising the transition from construction to community. The first set of keys was ceremonially handed over to the joint venture partners, followed by the distribution of keys to the rest of the proud homeowners. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Prasanth Alinkeel, Zonal Head, Asset Homes.
