Asset Homes Announces ‘Fairy Lights – Foyer Decor Contest Season 4’ for Christmas and New Year

Asset Homes, one of the trusted builders in Kerala, has organized a contest for celebrations and decorations held in flats and villas during the Christmas and New Year season. Flat and villa owners’ associations across the state can participate in the “The Asset Homes Fairy Lights – Foyer Decor Contest, Season 4” by transforming their apartment or villa foyer into a stunning Christmas and New Year theme display.
Participants can showcase their Christmas and New Year season festive flair by decorating their foyer with a unique theme, capturing photographs from three different angles, and filming a short 30-second video highlighting their decor. All entries must be submitted to delight@assethomes.in or via WhatsApp at 9526799999 on or before January 10, 2026.
Attractive cash prizes await the winners, with the first prize carrying ₹1,00,000, second prize ₹50,000, and third prize ₹25,000, along with ten consolation prizes of ₹5,000 each. The contest is open to all residents’ associations across Kerala, offering a wonderful platform to showcase festive creativity on a larger stage. There is no entry fee.
The last date for receiving entries is January 10, 2026. According to the Asset Homes press release, this contest encourages residential communities to showcase their festive decorations.
