Sunil Kumar, Founder & Managing Director of Asset Homes, during Edam: World Habitat Day celebrations held at Asset PKS Heritance, Kottooli.

Under Asset Aashiyana, high-quality houses equipped with all essential amenities will be built completely free of cost. The beneficiaries will be identified in collaboration with voluntary organizations, local self-government bodies, and public representatives, ensuring transparency and community participation.

In the first phase, 60 houses will be constructed within the limits of the Kozhikode Corporation, in partnership with the State Government and Kozhikode Municipality. A consultation meeting was also held in Kozhikode as part of the Housing Day celebrations, attended by former MLA A. Pradeep Kumar, office bearers of various organizations, and civic officials.

Mr. V. Sunil Kumar added that the initiative aims to complete 300 houses by extending the program to Kochi, Thrissur, and Kollam in the coming years, empowering more families with safe and dignified living spaces.
