In community living, certain fundamentals should never be presented as premium features or optional upgrades. They are basic promises that every homeowner deserves and non-negotiable responsibilities for every developer.

A beautiful façade, luxurious amenities and elegant interiors may enrich the living experience. But they cannot compensate for shortcomings in the essentials that determine the safety, health, comfort and long-term value of a home.
