Asset Homes Launches its 125th Project – ‘Asset Around the Tree’

Asset Homes has officially launched its 125th project, ‘Asset Around the Tree’, with the groundbreaking ceremony held at Gandhi Square, Petta, Tripunithura.

The ceremony commenced with a symbolic tree-planting initiative led by Mr. Xavier P Antony, Kochi Corporation Councillor (Division 47), alongside Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder & Managing Director, Asset Homes, and Mr. N. Mohanan, Director, Asset Homes, reflecting the project’s commitment to sustainability and environmentally conscious living.

The event also featured the official brochure release by Mr. Xavier P Antony, the unveiling of the project scale model by Mr. Cyril Paul, Architect, Asset Around The Tree. Also, the event was followed by the launch of the project walkthrough video by Mr. Mathews Jose, Strategic Director, Asset Homes, and the release of the location video by Mr. Gokul Pillai, Chief Business Officer, Asset Homes. Adding prestige to the gathering, felicitations were delivered by Anto George T, Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President, South Indian Bank, and Xavier P Antony, highlighting the project’s significance as a landmark residential development for the city.

Mr. V, Sunil Kumar described Around the Tree as an environmentally harmonious scheme, adding that well-ventilated plots and green spaces promoting natural light are the hallmark of this project.

Located near Petta Metro Station and well connected to Kochi’s major urban conveniences, the project features 64 premium Exotica 2 & 3 BHK apartments, and as part of the Asset Around the Tree concept, around sixty open-space special trees will be planted across the project premises.
