Asset Homes Unveils FY27 Roadmap, Announces 28 New Projects

Marking its 20th year, Asset Homes has announced its FY27 roadmap with plans to launch 28 residential projects across Kerala, comprising 3,821 units and approximately 55 lakh sq. ft., with an estimated development value of ₹5,100 crore for FY27. The projects will span key cities in Kerala including Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Kochi, Kottayam, Thrissur, Calicut, and Kannur.

During the financial year, Asset Homes will also complete and hand over 8 projects from its ongoing 33 projects, covering around 600 residential units and 10 lakh sq. ft., of built-up area, reinforcing its focus on timely delivery.

A key highlight is the upcoming 63-floor residential tower at Calicut Beach, set to be Kerala’s tallest. Asset Homes is also expanding beyond Kerala, with planned entries into Coimbatore and Dubai. The company plans to launch five residential projects in Dubai during the financial year across Dubai South, Al Furjan, and Dubai Islands, spanning affordable luxury to ultra-premium segments.

On the domestic front, the company is strengthening its premium and luxury portfolio through a range of development platforms and strategic partnerships. These include Asset JGT with CGH Earth; a 24-acre township development in Kalamassery in collaboration with TCM Limited; and its annuity-enabled hybrid development project, ‘Selfie’ in Kakkanad near Infopark, developed with the Palal Group. This project integrates a unique singular living concept with community-owned work infrastructure. The company is also progressing its partnership project with the Santa Monica Group in Kochi.
