Team 3A - ASSET's New, Alternate Sales Wing!
A new sales division of Asset Homes consisting of more than 50 members to serve the customers at their door in the new financial year.
A new concept in sales and customer service. Asset Homes, who have always been in the forefront in bringing about revolutionary changes in real estate development, have formed an alternate wing for sales to reach out to a vaster clientele more effectively. The new team, Team 3A (Team Authorized Asset Advisers), consists of more than 50 members who are experts in realty sales and marketing. Specially trained by Asset Homes, Team 3A will introduce the various schemes and products of Asset Homes to potential customers. The team will also introduce Asset Delight Services, the unique customer support initiative of Asset Homes, to the customers. This will help Asset Homes reach out to people in locations where the company currently does not have branch offices and in areas which have been hitherto inaccessible, stated V. Sunil Kumar, Managing Director. Through this initiative, the company aims at a significant increase in sales, he added.
Now customers can easily book apartments and villas under any of the projects of Asset Homes at any of the 15 cities of Kerala through Team 3A. Through the concept of Team 3A, Asset Homes aims to reach out and cater to the increasingly busy customers at their own pace and convenience. Team 3 A, the alternate sales wing will be exclusively managed through a Sales Organizer M/S Prop Solutions based out of Kochi operating from their registered office at Vytilla.
