K. A. Mohamed Saleem one of the founding visionaries behind formation of ASSET HOMES and has been serving as Managing Director since its inception in the end of 2006. He has a management track record spanning 26 years and looks after the important portfolios of the company such as Sales, Marketing, Customer service and Finance. Saleem started his professional career in Middle East where he spent his initial 5 yrs. On moving to India he worked for 10yrs with HCL Ltd, one of India’s leading IT & Office Automation Company where his last assignment was as Business Manager – Kerala Operations.
In 1997 he joined BPL Mobile – An emerging Telecom Company then, as Head -Sales and where he spent 8 successful years. His last assignment in 2005 was as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Kerala & Tamil Nadu circles. He is still retained by Vodafone as an advisor to the company, which truly reflects his Industry standing. Saleem is a Graduate from Christ College and is also an alumnus of IIM, Ahmadabad. He is also Executive College Member of Philip Crosby’s ‘The Quality College’ and ‘Authorized Predictive Index Analyst’ of Praendex Inc.
Saleem is a Rotarian, one of the key initiator for Cooperative Hospital, Kakkanad, Founder Member – Pain and Palliative Clinic- Kodungallur, Director of Organic Kerala through which he continues his social responsibilities.Married to Neena who was a Banking Professional, Saleem is blessed with two sons.
Sunil Kumar V (Director )
Eighteen years in project management and construction, fourty two residential apartments, totaling to about thousand eight hundred apartments, Founder director of Santhi Homes; He is also associated as consulting engineer with various organizations like Sri Ramakrishna Mission, Ernakulam Karayogam etc. His core competency was always in identifying and developing living space that are unique at the same time value for money. B Tech (civil) batch of 1991 Trichur Engineering College, Sunil Kumar has taken Post graduate Diploma in Construction Management.
His leadership traits were quite evident even in his student days as the College Union General Secretary and Chairman. Member KMA, Member ACE, Member Institution of Engineers, Member Asia Pacific Institute of Soil Bio Engineering, Sunil Kumar is an active Rotarian and is also involved in various cultural and social activities in Kochi. Married to Jayalatha, he is blessed with twins:- a son and a daughter.
Anil Varma K (Director)
Seven and half years and six hundred thousand square feet of project management and execution with ISO certified and CRISIL rated builders of national repute, Mr. Anil ventured on his own in 1997. Varma Construction has a track record of one million square feet – 15 apartment blocks, more than 100 independent villas, commercial buildings and hospitals.
His core competency was always in delivering quality construction in time. B E (civil) 1989 batch of Bangalore Engineering College, Anil has taken Diploma in Construction Management from Bangalore University. Member GRACE, Member ACE, Fellow Institution of Engineers; Anil is a Chartered Engineer, Approved Valuer and Licensed Engineer. He is also an active Rotarian, Member Tripunithura Cricket Club, Engineers Club and Dharma International. Married to Dr. Mini Varma, he is blessed with a daughter.
