ASSET CARE

Being the most customer centric organization, we have formed a new organization – ASSET CARE. Asset Care will function to take care of all your needs from interior designing, property management, maintenance to renting out of the apartments at the request of the customers.

The core functions of “ASSET CARE” are as follows.

  • Analyzing the specific requirements relating to alteration work from basic plans and specifications as per customer preference during execution of the project.
  • Providing customer with various interior accessories including kitchen cabinets, wardrobes etc.
  • Attend all customer complaints; rectifying defects if any and maintenance of the apartments after handing over.
  • Facilitate formation of association and select the initial office bearers.
  • Support the customers with security arrangements and maintenance till the formation of Association.
  • Asset Care will provide on request maintenance and other services on a cost –to – cost chargeable basis.
  • Find out suitable tenants for apartments as per request, co-ordinate agreements between owners and tenants. Maintain the apartment with routine cleaning/assistance on payment of service and statutory bills etc.

ASSET MISSION HYGEINE

missionhygeine1 We are pleased to announce that ASSET CARE has increased its scope of operations to commence ASSET MISSION HYGEINE. As a customer centric organization we are constantly looking for ways to serve you better. ASSET MISSION HYGEINE shall provide trained manpower to help the ASSET HOMES apartment owners keep the apartment clean and hygiene. This service is offered to you Totally Free of Cost.

Service details and conditions:

  • Asset care division will deploy our team who are well trained, to clean your apartment totally free of cost.
  • Asset care will provide all cleaning equipments and materials including Vacuum cleaner, Cleaning brushes, brooms, cotton waste, cleaning lotions etc. and nothing will be charged from the customer in this regard.
  • This service will be available only on Sundays/holidays.
  • Services will be available on “first come first serve” Basis.
  • The Owner/representative should supervise and direct the Cleaning team in the cleaning works. Please note that this team will do only cleaning inside the apartment and your valuables/fixtures/furniture’s etc; has to be under your strict supervision to avoid any kind of damage or lose. Asset care team or individuals of the cleaning team will not be responsible for damages due to accidents during the move.
  • Valuable things of the customer, either cash or kind should be kept in the safe custody of the customer and before the cleaning team leave the premises, the customer should ensure himself/herself that none of his/her valuable things are lost because of the Job undertaken. Due to the negligence or inattention or carelessness of the customer, if any theft or lose occur, Asset Care or the cleaning team will not be responsible for the same and no liability /responsibility can be imposed upon them.
  • Exterior cleaning of the apartment is beyond the purview of the cleaning team.
